Doyle & Nelson provides a broad spectrum of consulting services in the areas of real estate and assisted living/retirement community development, non-profit governance, strategic planning, and and economic development. Craig Nelson frequently consults, speaks, and provides strategic planning services for economic, business, and retirement community development matters. He plays a pivotal role in development at the Kennebec Regional Development Authority, of which he is President, and the FirstPark technology business park project located in Oakland, Maine.
Craig currently provides consulting services to groups of municipalities and other governmental agencies as they seek a common ground basis for regionalizing such activities as: economic development; the delivery of governmentally based services; tax base sharing and the development of affordable workforce housing.
